Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your package for all full price items.

Once the mentioned period is passed, we are NOT responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen claims.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note that the shipping cost (if applicable) is non-refundable, and buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

It's important to bear in mind that if the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is accountable for any potential loss in value, and that amount will be deducted from the refund.

Buyer should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for the return item, otherwise we are not responsible for damage or lost items.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

In the case of exchanges, the buyer is responsible for the second-time shipping cost, even the item is eligible for free shipping.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 2days of receiving your order. We will work with you to provide a replacement product or issue a refund. To mail the item(s) back to us, please contact us at info@zargoon.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Tracking number is generated for each purchase. If the tracking number indicates that the item is lost, we will refund the purchase. However, if the tracking number indicates that the shipment has been delivered and the buyer has not received the item, it is the responsibility of the buyer to report the missing shipment to the courier for investigation. We are no longer responsible for the loss of items once it has been marked as delivered by the courier and signed by the receiver, we can provide additional support by opening an investigation with the proper agent.

Please be advised that customized items are nonrefundable and ineligible for return or exchange. 

Sale Items:
Only regular price items are eligible for returns and exchanges. All promotions and discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return.
